Message prioritisation provides a reliable solution for sending time-sensitive SMS messages, ensuring they are prioritised for timely delivery.

You will have the option to enhance your sending speed and increase prioritisation for urgent communications.

Standard Priority 

Fast – All messages sent through Esendex will have efficient delivery times, (with a commitment that 90% of your messages will be processed within just 5 seconds and 95% within 20 seconds).

Emergency first – Blue light and government agency safety alerts are prioritised and sent out first.

Please note: that this message type is restricted until our support team approves it, confirming your specific use case.

Boosted priority 

Message Sending Priority Overview:

Jump the Queue: This feature allows you to send messages faster than others of the same type, such as authentication or customer support inquiries.

Please note: that this does not apply to blue light messages and government agency safety alerts, which always retain the highest priority.

All Messages: With this option, every message you send will benefit from enhanced sending speed. (Again, blue light messages and government agency safety alerts are exempt from this feature and will maintain their top priority status).

Immediate Activation: Once this feature is activated, all of your messages will be dispatched with boosted priority right away.
