Sender Settings – Sender ID Restrictions
Introduction
Sender ID restrictions are in place on the platform to help regulate the selection of Sender IDs, This regulation will be based on the recipient’s phone number and its corresponding international code.

Example
In the message centre enter your message title and your recipients (you can enter your recipients manually or upload a CSV file or add a list of contacts and groups that have already been setup).
Customers will be directed to the compose page, where they will see a warning stating that the number is linked to a restricted destination (in this case, France) and can only be sent using registered Sender IDs.
You are now on the send message page, select the sender drop-down, and you will see that the manual input option is not available and there will be a drop-down only allowing access to the French sender IDs
